This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

John 15:8

At CrossRoads, transformation doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens through discipleship. Every man who finds freedom in Christ becomes part of a greater story of multiplication. Just like Paul, Barnabas, and Timothy in Scripture, each life here represents a chain of impact: a mentor who pours into another, a brother who walks beside him, and a new believer who carries that hope forward. This is how freedom multiplies—one relationship, one generation at a time.

Paul

Mentor

A leader who pours into others.

As our longest-serving staff member, Casey brings a wealth of experience to his role as Program Coordinator. Like Paul raising up leaders in the early church, Casey is helping to raise up new CrossRoads leaders who share the same vision and heart for the men. Whether he’s leading a morning Bible study, counseling a man who is struggling, or coordinating a work project, his words and actions serve as a model for those who are coming up behind him. As a husband and new father, his life reflects how God restores and multiplies what was once broken.

Psalms 68:6

Barnabas

Peer

A brother who walks beside.

The life of a disciple is built on relationships, and one of the most powerful is friendship. Barnabas and Paul served side by side, supporting one another throughout their missionary work. In the same way, Joe N. uses his friendships with other men in the program to build each other up. His friendship with Liam, another program graduate, is a beautiful example of how iron sharpens iron. Whether working together around the property or fishing at a local pond, they encourage one another, pray for one another, and at times challenge each other to not lose sight of Christ. Joe’s experience in losing loved ones has helped him support Liam, who has also faced loss this past year. These peer relationships are the "strand that cannot be broken."

Ecclesiastes 4:12

Timothy

Next Generation

A man transformed who now leads others.

We "multiply the mission" as CrossRoads disciples make more disciples. Like Paul discipling Timothy in order to have him make more disciples in the early church, our mission is the same. Today, Nick is a "Timothy." He’s been mentored by Casey and others, and now he is mentoring and discipling others. In addition to meeting with the men as part of our counseling and check-in sessions, Nick leads the Thursday evening class. This class has attracted men both inside and outside of CrossRoads who are seeking to deepen their walk with Christ. Because Nick has "been there, done that," he can speak into the men’s lives and share how God set him free. His huge heart of compassion and life lived with Christ are bringing new disciples into the Kingdom.

2 Timothy 2:2

When one man finds freedom in Christ, it doesn’t stop there – it spreads. Hope multiplies. Purpose multiplies. Discipleship multiplies.

This year, we’re growing that ripple effect – helping more men step into restoration and lead others toward lasting change.

Be part of the multiplication.
